Jet Ski Rental Guidelines – Please Read Carefully

Age Requirements: 

• You must be at least 18 years old to operate a Jet Ski, with a valid photo ID (international IDs accepted).
•  Ages 18–20 may operate a Jet Ski solo, but only if accompanied by someone 21 or older. 
• The accompanying 21+ adult must: 

• Pay for the Jet Ski(s) (whether booked online or in-person).
•  Sign the rental agreement and accept full financial responsibility .
• Be present on-site during the rental .
• Use a credit/debit card that matches their ID (verified at check-in) .

⚠️ No exceptions and no refunds will be given if these conditions aren’t met. 

Arrival Time:

•  Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete waivers and paperwork. 

Capacity:

• Maximum 2 riders per Jet Ski .
• Combined weight limit: 400 lbs.

Cancellations: 

• Full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours before your reservation .
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.

Legal & Safety Compliance: 

• All riders must sign waivers and follow our safety rules .
• Failure to comply may result in being returned to shore without a refund.

Alcohol Policy:

•  No alcohol or intoxication allowed—strictly enforced. 

Safety First:

•  All riders must comply with the Texas Water Safety Acre .
